Closed books, closed notes. Calculators are not allowed
For practice, do these end-of-chapter Review Exercises:
Chapter 6 (p. 488): 2, 4, 6, 8ab, 9, 21, 23, 25, 28, 29a, 31, 37
Solutions are now posted (warning: minor errors are unlikely but possible)
Also, practice review exercises for both midterms (below)
Go over all homework problems assigned, both black and blue. Also, go over both midterms
Sample exam from a few years back: pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (covers some topics that we didn't)
Review sessions:
May 4 and 6, in recitations (everybody can attend both)
May 6, during the lecture

MIDTERM II, April 13, in-class

The midterm will cover sections 5.5, 5.6, 5.9 (no Simpson's rule), 5.10
Closed books, closed notes. Calculators are not allowed.
