- FINAL EXAM: May 13, 11:15-1:45, Chancellors 112
- The final covers section 5.1-6, 5.9, 5.10, 6.1-2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8
- Closed books, closed notes. Calculators are not allowed
- For practice, do these end-of-chapter Review Exercises:
- Chapter 6 (p. 488): 2, 4, 6, 8ab, 9, 21, 23, 25, 28, 29a, 31, 37
- Solutions are now posted (warning: minor errors are unlikely but possible)
- Also, practice review exercises for both midterms (below)
- Go over all homework problems assigned, both black and blue. Also, go over both midterms
- Sample exam from a few years back: pages 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (covers some topics that we didn't)
- Review sessions:
- May 4 and 6, in recitations (everybody can attend both)
- May 6, during the lecture
- MIDTERM II, April 13, in-class
