M1 is min { midterm 1 grade, 50 } in [0,50],
M2 is min { midterm 2 grade, 50 } in [0,50],
F1 is min { final 1 grade, 40 } in [0,40],
F2 is the final 2 grade in [0,50],
and [[x]] is the integer nearest to x.
