SubSet(L:LIST,M:LIST):BOOL

checks if the elements of one list are a subset of another

This function returns TRUE is Set(L) is contained in Set(M);
otherwise it returns FALSE.

SubSet([1,1,2],[1,2,3,"a"]);
TRUE
