Usage:
<complement submodule complement
Given a submodule of a free module, the script computes
a minimal summand of the free module such that with the
submodule, the summand generates the free module.
Parameters:
submodule = matrix whose image is the submodule
Output values:
complement = matrix of a split mono whose image
is the complement
