Controlling scrolling of the screen

Some Macaulay commands such as pres (print resolution) may print more than one screenful of information. Therefore, we need to be able to stop and restart screen scroll.

• To stop the system from printing on the screen type: (control)"s"
• To resume printing on the screen type: (control)"q"
