[result matrix]Create a matrix corresponding to the change of basis matrix of the given standard basis. If no second argument is provided, then display the standard basis using the same format as the putmat command.
If the first argument is a matrix without a computed standard basis, or if no change of basis matrix has been computed, then create (or display) a matrix having zero columns.
