- FINAL EXAM: December 18,

- The final will cover sections 1.1-3, 1.10, 2.2-3, 2.6, 3.1-5, 4.1-4.7, 5.5 in Blitzer's
"Precalculus Essentials" and sections 2.1-5 in MAT 123 Calculus Supplement.

- Important topics: Domains and ranges of functions; computing trigonometric functions;
graphs of trigonometric functions; trigonometric equations; graphs of quadratic functions and
polynomials; asymptotes of rational functions; graphs of exponential and
logarithmic functions; properties of logarithms; exponential and logarithmic equations; modeling; exponential growth
and decay; tangent lines and derivatives.
