Teaching
This semester, Fall 2009, I am a teaching assistant for MAT 131
(calculus 1), which teaches about derivatives of functions, and related
concepts. The course coordinator is prof. Daryl Geller. However,
the lecturer for both my sections is Jeremy Kahn. Calculus
I is the first part of the I-II calculus sequence (the second part
teaches about Riemann integration of functions, and will be given in
Spring 2010). I was
previously the teaching assistant for the following courses, in reverse
chronological order:
- Spring 2009: MAT
303 (calculus 4)
- Fall 2008: MAT 131
(Calculus I)
- Spring 2008: MAT 303,
Calculus IV with applications (ODE's)
- Fall 2007: MAT
125, Calculus A (limits and derivatives)
- Spring 2007: MAT 205, Calculus III (vector calculus) and MAT 132,
Calculus II (Integration)
- Fall 2006: MAT 126,
Calculus B.
