12/20/07 - Grades for Recitation Sections 1 and 3 have been posted on solar. It's 5 am right now, so it may take some time for the grades to become viewable to you. Recitation Section 2 grades are currently being held and will be posted before 5 pm today.

12/19/07 - It seems like there's a bit of confusion here. The final exams have been graded as of Monday evening. The final grades haven't been uploaded to solar due to certain issues. The solution wasn't posted until this morning due to some issues. Sorry for the lack of clarity.

Overview

This is a course in multi-dimensional calculus. We cover essential tools such as: partial deriviatives of functions of two and three variables; maximizing and minimizing functions of two variables; Lagrange multipliers; integrating functions of two and three variables; line integrals; Green's Theorem. Knowledge of single-variable calculus is a must for this class.

The class consists of a lecture and three recitation sections.

Textbook: Multivariable Calculus by W. McCallum, D. Hughes-Hallet, A. M. Gleason, et al. 4th Edition
