i currently live in crown heights, brooklyn, nyc. i used to live in toronto. and before that, cobourg. i was born in hamilton, ontario, canada.
i enjoy:
-hockey...more specifically the toronto maple leafs. hopefully brian burke can work a miracle! and when the playoffs come, and toronto didn't make it again, i like the pittsburgh penguins.
-soccer...more specifically liverpool fc. torres, gerrard,...
-records...more specifically rare jazz, soul, rap, punk records.
-beer...more specifically real ales. but hey, i live in america, i'll take what i can get!
-food...more specifically west indian (roti, pholourie, doubles), indian (my cousin's home cooking), pizza (di fara). and ho king!!!
-travelling...the bonus of being in math is lots of trips. this past year i've been to berkeley, austin, vancouver, london, grenoble, barcelona, liverpool, edinburgh, mexico city and morelia.
-tv...i'm not too picky. i just like tv. apparently some people think this is bad. i don't.
-the internet...if you are actually reading this, then you know what i mean. the internet is awesome!
-friends...i guess i enjoy my friends too.
-watching the end of western civilization...does this make me a bad person?!? hey, maybe i'm wrong, maybe it's not the end, just a new beginning. now that's looking at the glass as half full!
