We anticipate that the majority of participants will stay at the
Banff Center. We expect to make the housing
reservations, etc. for participants.

| Arrival and Departure dates |
| The conference will run from Monday morning, February 21 and conclude
before noon on Friday. Banff is approximately 90 minutes by car or
shuttlebus from the
Calgary International Airport.

| Banquet |
| There will be a banquet on Tuesday evening. In order to provide for
the extra costs associated with a special meal (wine, etc), we are asking
participants to contribute $30 each (we offer postdocs and students a
subsidized price of $20 and $10, respectively)
Please indicate whether you plan to attend the banquet, and
if you will be bringing any guests.

| Ski Outing |
| On Wednesday, we are hoping to organize a trip to Lake Louise for
those who want to ski. We can arrange a shuttle bus for a cost of
$15 to $20 roundtrip if there is sufficient interest.
Please let us know if you would be interested in a shuttle to Lake Louise
on Wednesday.
If there is sufficient interest, we may also arrange a
shuttle bus to Sunshine (smaller and closer to Banff than Lake Louise) on
friday afternoon.

on Friday afternoon.

| Financial Support |
We are anticipating financial support from the NSF for US-based junior
participants. Travel support is extremely limited, if available at all.
If you would like to apply for some financial assistance,
please answer the questions below. Please keep in mind that if you have
alternative sources to cover your expenses, using them will enable us
to support more participants who do not have such resources.
