It will be adressed to PhD students/post docs. It is thought for 20-25 persons (per week, including invited lecturers) and will center on problems in 1 dimension (real and complex) with some extra time for other low-dimensions and connections with other areas.

The aim of the meeting is to study the present state of art in the domain based on series of lectures with proofs including the results which circulate in form of preprints private communications, common beliefs and alike. There will be also time for announcements and informal discussions.
